What are your core product lines?

We specialise in turnkey energy storage solutions, covering two main segments: Residential ESS (3 kWh–20 kWh) for single-phase and three-phase applications, and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) ESS (50 kWh–1 MWh+) designed for peak shaving, demand charge management, and backup power. All systems are engineered for high reliability and extended cycle life.

Our products are specifically optimised for tropical climates. We utilise industrial-grade IP54/IP65 enclosures combined with intelligent forced-air cooling systems. The thermal management design ensures stable operation within a wide temperature range(up to 45°C–50°C ambient)while maintaining performance consistency and extending battery lifespan.

Standard protocols include CAN Bus, RS-485, and Modbus TCP/IP. This allows for easy integration with third-party inverters, energy management systems(EMS), and remote monitoring platforms via our cloud-based portal or local HMI.

Yes, we provide comprehensive ODM/OEM solutions. This includes custom branding(logo, colour scheme) and hardware configuration adjustments. We support partners in building their local brand equity by delivering white-label products that meet regional compliance standards.

For sample orders, the MOQ is 1 unit. For mass production, the MOQ typically starts at 20 units for residential systems and varies based on project scope for C&I containers.

Sample Lead Time: 7–15 business days.

Mass Production Lead Time: 20–30 business days upon receipt of deposit and final confirmation of specifications.

Can you provide a customized solution based on our load profile?

Absolutely. Please provide your facility’s single-line diagram or recent utility bills. Our engineering team will conduct a load analysis to propose an optimised system size, ensuring the best ROI without over- or undersizing the investment.

Our products comply with global safety and performance standards, including:

Safety: IEC 62619(Industrial),IEC 62133(Cells),UN38.3(Transport).

Grid Compliance: CE and specific regional approvals.

Documentation: We provide full MSDS, Bill of Materials, and Test Reports.

We also assist with local homologation processes, such as SONCAP for Nigeria or CoC for Kenya.

We manage the entire export process. Our team handles Class 9 dangerous goods declarations, packaging inspections, and booking with certified carriers. We offer Door-to-Port service, ensuring the cargo arrives safely at your designated port, accompanied by all necessary transport documents (DG Declaration, MSDS, etc.).

We offer a robust warranty structure:

Residential ESS: Typically 5–10 years or 6,000 cycles.

C&I ESS: Typically 3–5 years or corresponding cycle life.

Warranty coverage includes defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions. Detailed terms and conditions are outlined in our Supply Agreement.

We operate a tiered support system:

Remote Diagnostics: Our engineers access real-time data via the cloud platform to identify issues.

Local Training: We provide operation manuals and on-site/virtual training for your maintenance team.
